Role Overview
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will receive specialized training in one of our core departments, equipping you with the skills and expertise to excel in defence manufacturing. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that directly contribute to national security and technological progress.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production
- Oversee the manufacturing processes of defence-grade products to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of high-end machinery.
- Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles in production workflows.
2. Quality Assurance and Control
- Conduct rigorous quality testing and inspections on defence equipment.
- Ensure compliance with national and international defence standards.
- Analyze and resolve quality-related issues to maintain product reliability.
3. Research & Development (R&D)
- Engage in the development of innovative defence products and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve weapon designs and functionality.
- Conduct technical and market research to enhance product competitiveness.
4. Supply Chain Management
- Manage procurement and logistics for sensitive defence components.
- Optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and government suppliers.
5. Marketing and Sales
- Develop strategies for promoting defence products to national and international clients.
- Assist in preparing proposals and bids for government contracts.
- Analyze market trends and coordinate with R&D for product alignment.
6. Designing
- Create detailed designs and prototypes for defence-grade products using advanced software.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Innovate on ergonomics and aesthetics for functional defence solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related fields) or Management (BBA, MBA).
- Candidates must have scored at least 55% marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong academic record and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Skills Required:
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools/software for the department (e.g., AutoCAD for Designing).
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
